Delivery

WES offers FREE NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY (MONDAY - FRIDAY) on all orders placed before 12pm (subject to stock & availability)

All orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

We will aim to despatch goods the next working day subject to availability of stock. Standard delivery days are Monday - Friday. Saturday delivery is a non-standard service and subject to an additional charge. If however the item is in stock in our warehouse on the day of ordering we may be able to despatch it for a Next Day Service upon request.  We must stress that next day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

*Regrettably, orders from UK offshore destinations including the Isle Of Man, Isle Of White Channel Isles, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic Of Ireland may incur an additional delivery charge.

Returns

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days.

 Carriage costs for the return of the item(s) will be bourne by the customer and goods must be received by WES in a new and unused condition if a refund is required. We strongly recommend that you use an insured and tracked delivery service for your returns and always obtain proof of postage.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Shortages and Errors

It is your responsibility to contact us regarding any shortages or packing errors within 3 days of receipt of goods. You must check all items are exactly as ordered upon receipt.

Damage

Please note that ALL damage claims must be reported to us within 2 working days of delivery. Any claims for damage cannot be processed after this time. Claims cannot be accepted for damage once goods have been used. We reserve the right to charge for goods sent as replacements if the damaged item is returned used.

Prices and Availability

We always endeavour to offer you the very best prices, but prices can fluctuate according to market trends, and availability is subject to demand. In all cases, we reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred.
